1. How can I order?
You can place the order online on the website or contact us directly.
2. Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, you can put a delivery date in the Order Form. We normally dispatch 3 to 5 working days prior to requested delivery date.
3. Has my order gone through?
If your order has gone through successfully, we would send you a confirmation email to confirm the order details.
4. Can I modify my order once placed on your website?
It may not be possible to accept changes however if your order is for future date, please contact us immediately. All changes are subject to acceptance and it cannot be guaranteed every time.
5. Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel the order once placed on the website due to Distance Selling Regulations.
6. Where do you deliver?
We deliver fresh flowers over Jakarta only and other floral creations worldwide.
7. How do you deliver?
We deliver via Online Courier. Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday and normally made between 8 am and 7 pm to the recipient address. We are currently unable to deliver flowers on a Sunday or Bank Holidays.
8. Do you offer same day delivery?
We are unable to offer same day delivery at the moment.
9. Can I specify a time for delivery?
As we deliver via Online Courier, we are unable to guarantee a specific time. The flowers can be delivered anytime between 8 am and 7 pm.
10. What if the recipient is not in at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not in at the time of delivery then we will contact the sender for re-delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply.
11. How will my order be delivered?
All floral creations are beautifully wrapped and packed in a box to protect them during transit. They would be securely packed with the personalized gift card.
Other important informations
- For deliveries to large businesses, hospitals, universities etc, deliveries will normally be made to the reception or post-room. Delivery to the named recipient is not possible to these types of addresses in many cases.
- If the recipient address provided is incorrect or incomplete or if the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the original order value to re-deliver to the same or an alternate address.
- We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from a problem with the address and/or postcode you provide at the time of order placement, if the delivery was refused by the recipient or the fact that the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.
- We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the customer due to failed deliveries.
